Grace Jean Brock Allen, 54, of Hanover, went home to be with our Lord, on November 13, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter Bobby Brock and Carolyn Ann Brock, and her infant son. She was an animal lover, but particularly fond of cats. Her family referred to her as the "Cat Whisperer." She loved everyone, and everyone that met her loved her. She had a kind and sweet heart. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Lynn Wheeles (Charlie); grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, and Elysa; one great-grandchild; sisters, Kathy Schulze (Jamie), Bobbi Jo Hardison (Mike), Fran Barnes, Lisa Drake (Billy), Diana Tucker, and Carolyn-Ann Holcomb (Rick); brothers, Michael Brock (Phyllis), Donald Brock, and Richard Brock; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. A celebration will be held on November 27, 2017 at 11 AM at Springfield Christian Church, located at 18285 Vontay Rd, Rockville, VA 23146. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name for cancer research and or treatment. Online condolences may be conveyed to www.nelsenashland.com.
