I met Helen and Russell when my husband and I moved to Dallas where we lived from 1982-1986. I was a newlywed in my 20s and I worked with Helen at the DFWHC. She was a good friend and religiously sent me letters and my children cards at every holiday. She was a wonderful person. I want her family to know that I am sorry for their loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. During this difficult time only God can give us the love and peace that we need. I hope that time can heal the pain that you and your family are going through. 1 John 4:8 says "God is love". He will help you get through this during this sad time.

My deepest sympathy to the family. Our loving creator invites us to approach him in prayer, to pour out our heart to him. [ Psalms 68:2] May he grant you peace, strength and comfort during this time of sadness.
