Parker, Harold Ray, 70, of Tampa, Florida passed away on May 13, 2017. Mr. Parker was a lifelong resident of Tampa. He married Marilyn Arnold in July of 1968 at Open Bible Church in Tampa. Mr. Parker proudly served in the United States Army where he was a welder. He started CLM Commercial Landscaping & Maintenance in 1978 and passed his legacy onto his son, Chad. He had a strong Christian faith and was humble to a fault. He was a compassionate and caring man who strived to be a role model for younger generations. In his leisure time, he enjoyed fishing and was an avid day stock trader. He was also a very devoted husband and father. Mr. Parker is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Marilyn; his son, Chad and a sister, Paula.
