"Bobby" Indian was born in top Albany St. Mary, Jamaica in Sept. 1951. He was the first born child of Violet Genesar-Nelson and Robert Bahadosingh.
He grew up in St. Mary and graduated from Water Valley All Age School. He moved to Kingston where he attended hotel school and worked in the restaurant industry for a short time as a waiter. In 1978, he migrated to the U.S. following his then girlfriend Esther. They were married in 1979 and settled in northern California where he worked in the automotive industry until his retirement 6 years ago, and just prior to retirement he became a real-estate investor.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, travelling and being himself (Mr. Social). He was a positive and inspirational person who touched all who he came in contact with. He was not perfect, but he was the perfect man for me.
He will be truly missed.

"May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow." Dennis Long (Hot Springs, AR)
