Such a great loss. Mr. Harold was an exceptional example of what a "Christian" should be. He always made a dreaded trip to the grocery store a very pleasant one, just by the smile and greeting that he gave to every one. I will never forget the act of kindness he displayed while going to pay for my groceries, I realized that I was out of checks. He didn't void my groceries, didn't hold them at the store, but allowed me to take them home and return with a check. He knew I lived in Roanoke and didn't want me to make a "special trip" back for just that, so he told me, "You don't have to bring it back right away, just whenever you come back to Welsh", like Roanoke was so far away. Just by being "Himself" such a kind, caring, sweet man; he impacted so many lives. He will truly be missed by so many! Prayers going up for his family. Sincerely, Danielle Miller(daughter of Cecil and Nora Manuel)

Mr. Harold was such an honorable man. Friendly, caring and always a "hello how are you", while he was working. Many will miss seeing Mr. Harold around the diary section @ Market Basket. The town of Welsh has lost truly a "gentleman" in every sense of the word. Rest in peace, Mr. Harold....you will be missed. Prayers to all.

Mr. Harold was one in a million....a true gentleman. When he took his little dog riding in the afternoon, he would come by our street and drive slow so Bud could run along side of him. Bud watched for him everyday. That was a sight. We will miss him dearly.

I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Daigle and he was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. He treated all of us at the bucket like we were his own. My favorite memory is when he and Mrs. Peggy brought me to Coushatta for my 21st birthday. He will be truly missed by so many. I love you Mr. D, rest easy.
