Obituary

Harold L. Keck, 67, of Bainbridge, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013. He was born on November 7, 1945 in Greencastle to Herbert Keck and Thelma Jean Kessler Keck. After graduation from Bainbridge High School, Harold served his country in the US Army. He retired from IBM, and had worked at NASA during his tenure at IBM. Harold also had served as an accountant for the City of Friendswood, Texas. His hobby was restoring old cars. Harold L. Keck, 67, of Bainbridge, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013.

He was born on November 7, 1945 in Greencastle to Herbert Keck and Thelma Jean Kessler Keck.

After graduation from Bainbridge High School, Harold served his country in the US Army.

He retired from IBM, and had worked at NASA during his tenure at IBM. Harold also had served as an accountant for the City of Friendswood, Texas. His hobby was restoring old cars.


Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Keck and Thelma Jean Martin; and his wife, Teresa A. Knever Keck on November 3, 2007.

Surviving are his children, Darrell Keck and wife Mary of Fillmore, Matthew Keck of Houston and Jason Keck; and three grandchildren, Nathan Keck, Nicholas Keck and Mark Anderson.

Funeral services with Honors will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 10 A.M. at Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home, with Steve Newman officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute at 12:30 P.M. The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 8, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
