Hattie was a longtime member of the Cary Garden Club and we greatly valued her. She was such a happy soul, never met a stranger and always greeted you with a smile. She will be sorely missed.

Hattie's laugh and the twinkle in her eyes will forever resonate with me. She welcomed this midwesterner with open arms into the Asbury Station Chapter NSDAR. We worked together on several projects in the name of the organization. I was blessed to call her a friend. My heart will always hold her dear.
