Hazel L. Zeiter, nee Dabin, age 91, of Lemay, was fortified with Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on May 13, 2017. She was born in St. Louis on February 6, 1926, a daughter of George A. and Catherine E. Dabin, nee Singer. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Gustave H. Zeiter on February 12, 2013. Hazel is survived by her loving children Deborah C.(Jerry) Pashia, Steven G (Mindy) Zeiter and John J. Zeiter; grandchildren Sarah Pashia, Matthew (Nicole) Pashia, Zachary T. (Morgan) Pashia, Adrienne (John) Latall, Adam Zeiter, Lauren (Rich) Oestricker, Olivia Zeiter; great-grandchildren Kate, Jack, Quinn, Henry, Adele, Christopher and R.J.; Dear sister of Edith Blano and George, Kenneth and Aloysius Dabin.
A funeral service will be held at 10:15 am, Wednesday, May 17, at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 796 Buckley Road, St. Louis, Mo. 63125. Interment will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-8 pm, Tuesday, May 16, at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, Mo. 63125.
