Meme, This candle is for you. Let it burn forever. I miss you so much and think of you often. Everytime I go back to Arkansas for a visit, I want to go to your house and visit you, but I can't. Your passing was one of the hardest things I will ever go through. I am thankful I was able to stay with you in the hospital that way you were not alone. I just could not leave your side. I miss you so much Meme. People tell me you and I were two peas in a pod and how I was your favorite granddaughter. We did so many things together and I will cherish those memories till I pass on. We have a Birthday coming up 9/1 and I plan on spending it alone and with you on my mind. It will definitely be a tough day for me. Meme I will never forget you. I love you. Fly High my Sweet Angel.

A Tribute to Hazel
I want to pay tribute to a treasured friend,
whose precious memories give joy without end.
She is beloved by family and friend.
Oh, to relive those days again!
My memories date back from "car-hopping" at Porta's
when we were first teens... (It helped to support us.)
Her common sense scored high on the scale.
Her family of five know this quite well.
On September 1, 1932, a treasure was born...
loved by me and you!

My dad (Harold Brown) said she was his favorite aunt. More like a sister, she watched over him when he was little and in school. I know she is loved and will be missed!

Meme I miss you so much. I can't believe that you are gone so soon. I'm having a terrible time with you not here with me. We have a birthday coming up in September and that day we had something planned to celebrate our birthday together. Our birthday will never be the same. I love you so much and miss you terribly. Love your granddaughter Nik-Nik. Fly high my Angel.
