TURNER: Hector "Jess" L. Creamer, Jr., 86, of Turner, passed away Saturday night at his home with his family by his side following a long illness. He was born in Auburn on September 29, 1927 the son of the late Hector and Ruby (Campbell) Creamer, Sr. He grew up in the Auburn area and attended local schools there. He was a graduate of Edward Little High School, class of 1948. On January 5, 1957, he married Merlene Pease and they started a family together. TURNER: Hector "Jess" L. Creamer, Jr., 86, of Turner, passed away Saturday night at his home with his family by his side following a long illness. He was born in Auburn on September 29, 1927 the son of the late Hector and Ruby (Campbell) Creamer, Sr. He grew up in the Auburn area and attended local schools there. He was a graduate of Edward Little High School, class of 1948. On January 5, 1957, he married Merlene Pease and they started a family together. Mr. Creamer was a veteran of both the United States Navy and Air Force proudly serving his country in both World War II and the Vietnam conflict. Hector worked as an electronics technician for over 34 years both for the Air Force and the U.S. Government. Hector was also a former member of the Ham Radio Operator Club. He enjoyed flying and being a pilot. He took great pride in the fact that he built his own ultra light plane and would regularly fly it. He loved fishing, hunting, and boating. He was very active with his son and grandchildren and his love for his dog Oliver was very strong. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Merlene Creamer of Turner, his son Hector L. Creamer, III and his wife Bonnie of Ayer, MA as well as his grandchildren Kayla Creamer of Ayer, MA and Christopher Creamer(USMC) and his wife Caitlyn of Virginia Beach, VA. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Alice Parks. FUNERAL NOTICE:

CREAMER, JR.---Hector L., 86, of Turner, passed away Saturday night at his home. Per request of Hector and his family, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, those wishing, may make a charitable contribution in his memory to the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society 55 Strawberry Ave. Lewiston, ME 04240. Arrangements are under the care of The Fortin Group \ Plummer & Merrill Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Services 217 Turner St. Auburn, 783-8545.
