Helen Rose Allen, 76, of Louisville, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
She was the former Helen Hilton and a retired inspector for Louisville Label Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward Allen, and grandchildren Jason Doyle and Brandy Pack.
Survivors include two daughters, Jackie Doyle (Ellis) and Vicki Pack (Danny); siblings, Dorothy Hill, Lucille Calvert, Marvin Hilton, Roy Hilton, Shirley Pearson, and June Lewis; 4 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 Tuesday at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home Valley Station, followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Monday.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Helen always loved & accepted us stray girls, how could we not love her!!!! She told Vic when I left last year it was too quite without me,,,see there people..lol...now she has Pam to listen to!!! love you girls!!!
