She is survived by her husband, Jason Gee Hung Lai; sons Henry(Hedy) and Martin; grandson Colin Lai; granddaughter Chelsea Lai; brothers, Harry Mack (Clare) of Regina, Tony Mack(Terry) of Victoria; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her parents Charlie Bing Non Mack & Kin Hei Mack. Helen was born in Taishan, China and attended teacher's college in GuangZhou. Helen passed away suddenly at Central Haven Special Care home in Saskatoon on Monday, September 10, 2012 at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her husband, Jason Gee Hung Lai; sons Henry(Hedy) and Martin; grandson Colin Lai; granddaughter Chelsea Lai; brothers, Harry Mack (Clare) of Regina, Tony Mack(Terry) of Victoria; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her parents Charlie Bing Non Mack & Kin Hei Mack. Helen was born in Taishan, China and attended teacher's college in GuangZhou. She taught elementary school in GuangZhou for over 25 years before immigrating to Saskatoon in 1979. She worked in different restaurants & hotels in Saskatoon before retiring in 1997. Helen was a dedicated mother and an awesome grandma, ever generous and loving. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Visitation will be held at Acadia-McKague's Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Dr.), on Sunday, September 16, 2012 between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m . Funeral service will be held at Acadia-McKague's Funeral Centre, on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
