Hyles, Heloise Jean, Born in Los Angeles, CA, July 11, 1924 to Will C. and Bessie (Gardner) Hyles. She grew up in Los Angeles graduating from Jefferson High School and then worked in state offices in California, Oregon and then Washington State in 1959 retiring from Dept. of Social health Services in 1982. She loved travel, traveling extensively through the Western states and Southwest with her parents. She loved music playing both organ and guitar herself. Books were her passion and she was familiar with many bookstores. Following retirement she moved to Auburn, CA near family and resided in the Golden Chain Mobile Home Park for many years. In 2010 she moved to Spokane and subsequently moved to Clair Bridge Senior Living facility where she received loving and supportive care. Survived by nephews Gary Fortier (Sara) of Spokane, WA and Andre Fortier (Debra) of Maryland; great nephew Craig Fortier (Lisa) of Spokane and numerous relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents, brother Froncel Fortier and nephew Tony LeMons Fortier.
