I am so sorry to learn of the passing of my Uncle Herb. I am Ida (Pfahl) Wells' daughter Marilyn. Ida was Herb's eldest sister who passed in 2009. My only sibling William (Bill) Wells and I share in your sorrow and send our sincerest condolences to the entire surviving Pfahl family. Uncle Herb was a kind and gentle soul and we loved him so much. His military service to our country is admirable and he served with honor and respect.
