Mr. Herman was a great guy. He and my family went to school together (Joe and Sylvia Schieffler). Every Sunday we would visit my grandmother Mary in Lafitte and we would stop to see Mr. Herman. Those were the days. RIP Mr. Herman.

PAW-PAW! I know I haven't told you, but I am very proud to call you my grandfather. You have left memories behind with everyone you've known or even came in contact with for a brief moment. I'm so sorry I didn't have the courage to visit, please forgive me. I will always love you and remember the good. May you reunite with Maw Maw and please let her know I love and miss her too.

When anyone would say the name Herman Adam they had thoughts of family outings, fishing and crabbing. Only good, fun thoughts. What a great way to be remembered. This was a great lost to Lafitte. He will be missed, but he has went home to Ms. Pete. (Mike Williams)
