I had the pleasure of having "Dickie" as a guest in my home at Easter four years ago. He was such a delightful gentleman. He was friends with my ex-husband, Curtis, and knew both my sons, too. About a week after that holiday, I received a beautiful letter of thanks from Dickie. I still hold that letter and the memories near and dear to my heart. Curtis and I, as well as the boys, are just devastated to learn of his passing. Rest in Peace dear friend, we will never forget you!!!

The owners and staff at Mulligan's North will greatly miss Dickie's smile and great sense of humor. He would bring in his own can of tuna and we would prepare it for him (with no garlic!) We didn't know him long, but our time with him was priceless.

Dicky and I attended kindergarten thru high school together. We were re-aquainting after fourty years when he went to be with the Lord. That smile will be missed together with that heart of gold. These memories are too beautiful to forget and will help comfort you tomorrow and forever.
My heart goes out to the family.

My Dearest Zeke and Jerry,
Words cannot express my saddness for you both. Not a day goes by that I don't miss your Mom, and now your father. We were always able to laugh and be silly. Your Mother has been watching over you all these years, now, your dad can help her. So just think how wonderful it will be to have both of them watching over you, your wives, and your babies.
Lisa and Chad send thier love and prayers, along with mine.
Con Carino Como Siempre,

My condolences to sons Zeke and Jerry. This hit me in the face like a pie! Dick and I used to play tennis matches (as opponents). Then we would enjoy some liquid refreshment. I had not seen him nearly as much since he moved back to El Paso from Las Cruces. This really shocks and saddens me.

Dickie's son Jerry is my best friend and the Adauto family has always welcomed me with kindness and hospitality. Similar to other people Dickie was always able to put a smile on my face and make me laugh. His views were original and you could see the love he had for his family. We send our deepest sympathy and will always remember Dickie as our friend.

I first met Dickie when we were both 10 years old. He was my best friend, and I'll always remember going up the alley to play catch or kick a football around, and all the many things that Dick and I went through as best friends. I'll always remember those times. My condolences to the family.

I knew Dr. Adauto as "Dickie." The last time I saw Dickie it was back in the 60s. He was skateboarding down Kansas Street with my oldest brother, Memo. He was a skinny teenager with shoulder length hair. He had a great smile. We lived two doors from his parents home and was a neighbor to his sister, Miada Fierro. His Aunt Lili lived in the basement of their home. She is a grand lady. I have many fond memories of him, his great smile and easy style. He was a good friend to my family. The Montoya family will miss him dearly. God Bless his soul and give his family the strength they need. Rest in Peace Dickie.
