Uncle Jack, you were one of a kind. Always there to give us a laugh, tell us a story or to lend a helping hand, you were the one who cared enough to pull the family together. Gone, but never be forgotten, the times we all shared and the stories we'll tell will keep your memory alive. We love and miss you.
