of Irving, Texas. Irwin passed away April 9, 2011, beloved husband, father and grandfather. Born October 15, 1926, graduated from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point, NY) in 1950. First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and awarded the Bronze
Star. Survived by his wife, Mary Jabin Steinberg of Irving, Texas; his sister Dorothy Gottesman; son Laurence Steinberg and his wife Wendy Steinberg of Philadelphia, PA; son Andrew Steinberg and his wife Roxann Steinberg of Chevy Chase,MD; two grandsons, Benjamin Steinberg of New York, NY and Malcolm Steinberg, of Chevy Chase, MD; and one granddaugh -
ter, Madeline Steinberg, of Chevy Chase, MD. A memorial service and interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the Old Cadet Chapel, United States Military Academy. In lieu of flowers, send donations in the name of Irwin Steinberg to University of Dallas 1845 Northgate Dr., Irving, TX 75062 "We will miss you."
