I worked for Jim for a number of years in the 80s. I am forever grateful for everything he taught me not just about engineering but about ethics and life.

Robbie, Kris and family,
I'm sorry for the loss of Jim... Always ready with a kind word, trusted guidance, good listening ear and quick wit. A solid friend through the years…
I realize that Jim and Peg have helped you “knit in” so many friends and loved ones into your extended family. The Griffin, Fife, Hoar and Zinzer family's hospitality have been infectious... celebrations, cookouts, dinners, Christmas Eves bringing so many people together in kindness and kindred spirits. Warm and vivacious times of fellowship that are remembered and cherished by so many people who love you and Jim and Peg.
I pray for peace and love in your homes, always.

Jim was a dear and special person. Such a grounded and positive person in life. A great sounding board to talk an issue out When combined with Peg, the two of them really had a one-two punch to make a person feel loved.
I'm so thankful to have known Jim and Peg and his family. My life has been enriched by knowing Jim and Peg and their family. -BB
