Jack proudly served in the US Navy for four years aboard the Battleship USS New Jersey (BB62) during the Korean War. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a machinist for the Asbury Park Press, Neptune NJ for many years until his retirement in 1988. Jack was a devoted family man who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with the people he loved. His house was very often overflowing with friends and relatives because they were always warmly welcomed and well fed. Jack was a patient and truly kind man with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all.
