Jackline "Jackie" Carlisle Smith age 59 of Charlotte, North Carolina died on Wednesday, June 11, 2014.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister; Jackie is survived by her husband, Reggie Smith; 2 daughters: Kristy McGuffie & Amanda Day; granddaughter, Logan Day; sisters: Elaine Guy (Roy) & Linda Long; Brother, Pete Carlisle and the fathers of her children: Donald McGuffie & Jerry Collar.
The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 11 AM on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Hill Cemetery.
