Jakub Michael Wilden was born on September 12th, 1996 in Tahlequah, OK, the son of Michael and Roxana (Dick) Wilden. Jakub passed from this life on June 12th, 2017 in Welling, OK at the age of 20 years.
He was raised in the Welling area and attended Tenkiller Elementary school. Jakub graduated from Sequoyah High School in 2015. Jakub was an original, genuine, young man, with a heart bigger than he was and with character like no other. He had a smile that would light up any room, and his hugs were legendary for making anyone feel comfortable and loved. As a child, he was referred to as "Little Man" because of the respect and compassion he had for others.
He enjoyed playing basketball with his best friends, playing videos games with his brothers and sisters, shooting guns with his uncles, and wrestling around with his dad. Jakub was his Dad's buddy, and a proud Momma's boy, and he would be the first to say that he was. He loved his family and spending time with them. Nothing made him happier than to spend the day at the creek and enjoying a cookout. To Jakub, family was everything and he lived his life by this.
Those who knew him, will miss him dearly. Those who didn't know Jakub, have missed out on a very special person.
We love you Jakub Michael Wilden and you know there is no word for good-bye in Cherokee, there is only "until we see each other again."
Jakub is survived by his mother and father, one brother, Robert Newman, two sisters, Pretty Sky Wilden and Kalia Spears, and one nephew, Phoenix Wilden, as well as many family, friends and a host of loved ones.

Prayers for you and your beautiful family. So sorry for all you are going through. Life will never be the same and the pain will never go away but I pray your heart finds peace one day. What a beautiful extraordinary baby boy. Our sons were friends the only year my son went to Sequoyah as a freshmen. Although I don't know what to say please know you and your family are in my daily thoughts and prayers.
