As a former employee of Wess, I've often said to friends and colleagues that there was no better employer than Wess and his support staff at AMEG. In very difficult countries and circumstances, Wess always called and asked how things were going and assigned good staff to support us. Frankly, I never found that level of support and integrity again with any other firms. When visiting field projects, Wess was just fun to have around. I am deeply sorry to hear of his passing and he will be missed as the great man and friend he was.
