James Brian Ulewicz Sr., 60, of Monroeville, Ind., passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Dupont Hospital. Born September 16, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA, he was a son of the late William and Aldine (Hildebrand) Ulewicz. James served in the United States Air Force and was employed at Dehaven Chevrolet for several years. Surviving are his sons, James (Leslie) Ulewicz Jr. of Fort Wayne and William (Kelly) Ulewicz of Thayer, IL; four grandchildren, Jordan, Brianna, Alaina, and Ava; brother, William (June) Ulewicz of Loudon, TN; sisters, Carol (Michael) Bubb, Shirley Hamrick, and Judy (Larry) McElhiney, all of Indianapolis, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00am onMonday, April 20, 2015 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior; Pastor Murray Clugston officiating. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 1502 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.

Just a real sad time. We've had too many good memories to try to remember or to write them all down. I'm definitely gonna miss getting together to work, camp, cook out, vacation, or just sit around and shoot the breeze. Even though after you moved to Rockford, we didn't see much of each other, but, we still talked weekly on the phone. I just wished we could have done some of the stuff we planned on this spring. I miss ya, Brother and will remember you forever....Rest In Peace..........Byron
