James Joseph Brickett, 88, passed away Friday, June 16, 2017 at his home. James was a retired foreman with EDO Corporation of College Point, NY and also served in the USMC during World War II in the occupation forces of Peiping, China.
Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Cotten Funeral Home with Father Thomas Tully officiating. Inurnment will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Deborah A. Brickett; son, James J. Brickett,Jr.; daughter, Teresa Ann Brickett; 2 sisters, Mary Spinks and Joan Gossett; 2 grandchildren, Justin Brickett and Christopher Brickett.
Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home and Crematory.
