James Michael Popoff, 39, of Buckeye, Arizona. He passed away on June 10th, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 3:00PM, Friday, June 16th at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd.

I have a little story about James he had a big heart for helping people.I had the chance to work with him at surprise street department. One day I was working with him and I got a phone call from home that my sons cat got killed by to pit bull so I went home and Jame went with me and he drove around the neighborhood looking for the dogs and found were they lived so I call the police and they took care it.Thats how James was didnt ask him to do it but he did.So whwn I heard what happen I was shocked. James you were such a great brother in-law to me. I am so blessed to of been able to have you apart of our lives. You had such a beautiful soul inside and out. We are definitely going to miss you. Thank you for being so good to our family. I will never forget the day you came to our rescue. Since we decided to forget Dave's suit at home for the wedding. You saved the day and got it for us. Even though it was 4am in the morning 😂. I am so thankful you were there because I really didn't want your brother to wear Nike dry fit down the aisle. I love you James. You will always be remembered and never forgotten.
