Dear Reynolds Family,
I was truly saddened to see this about Ron and your family. Ron was my Shift Sergeant and first supervisor at Morehead City PD. Flo, you remember the time I got sunburned so bad that Ron brought me to your house and you made me "take a bath in vinegar" to cool it down. Have some great memories of our times back then. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all now and in the days ahead. God Bless You, Bill Griffin

Thanks to everyone for your kind words about my father. He was a great man and his death has created a huge hole in our hearts and lives. But reading these messages have given me great memories to share with everyone. - His oldest Daughter,

So sorry to hear about Ron. I miss seeing him drive by in his truck, checking things out in the park. He always waved as he drove by, if I happened to be outside or standing in my doorway. He stopped by more than once to check on me if he hadn't seen me in awhile. Just wanted to make sure I was alright. I've missed him since the two of you moved out of the park. Sincere condolences to all of his family.

I remember him as Officer Reynolds when he was with the Johnston County Sheriff's Department. He was always friendly and helpful to me and Keith. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Officer Reynolds (how I always knew him) was a wonderful soul. He worked hard and cared for everyone. The Lord has called him home and he will be missed but one day we shall see him again. Praying for Ron Jr. and the family. Peace to you all.

Thinking about you Flo and all your family. Ron was a good man. He helped us so many times when Les was so sick a few years ago. He stopped by often just for him and Les to chat. When Les and I would get our digital tv all out of whack he would come and fix it for us. He could fix almost anything. He is truly going to be missed.
