James W. Finley, 87, of Ocoee, Florida passed away on November 19, 2016. He was born in Elba, Alabama to the late Willie Carl Finley and Myrtie Hudson on August 12, 1929. James was a veteran of the United States Army and was a retired independent Baptist minister. He is survived by: his loving wife, Shirley; sons, Jimmy (Brenda) Finley; daughters, Marsha (Joe) Coffman and Melanie Finley; step children, Jeffrey Smith, Teresa Smith, Lori Reeves, Lavada Pitts, Margaret Miller, and Martha Isaac; sister, Virginia Winot; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 10:00am, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00am.
