Rest In Peace-Nono Jim,

You were the best grandfather anyone could have ever imagined. I will never forget our walks on the beach, learning how to swim and ride a bike with you, being your assistant wood shop helper, gardener, food taster, Santa Claus helper, Wine Maker, Navigator on trips, and snowman builder. Sitting on your lap while cutting the grass on the lawnmower, all the rides to school every day (even though I was always late and that was your pet peeve :), watching plays, watching musicals, singing, standing on your feet and learning to waltz. You are the strongest person I have ever met and I love you so much. You will alwyas be remembered a an amazing father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, carpenter, winemaker, teacher, paratrooper and so much more. Love Jocelyn

When I was 7 years old you made me a sewing box. You were such fun to be with, always joking with me. The best saying was "if you're not ready, I am going without you!" and you meant it. Love for brother-in-law always. Doris XXX

Dad,

Whenever Al and I are faced with a problem, we always ask ourselves,
"What would Jim do?" The answer is usually - just go for it. His sense of humour, adventurous spirit, courage, creativity, and 'can do' attitude insires us every day to never give up and to keep trying. Dad's zest for living shows in the many pictures taken of him, by the seaside, all over the world. The joyful smile and love that showed in his eyes will stay in our hearts forever. Dearest Jim

Thank you for the 64 years of love, devotion and happiness. Every day of our life together was an adventure.

You were a wonderful husband and a loving, caring father to our children.

Our grandchildren will always have loving thoughts in their hearts for a very special "Nonno Jim". You leave them with an exemplary legacy on how to be a loving, caring, responsible person. Always remembering that life is an adventure to enjoy and appreciate.

In the last eight years, in your struggle with your health, you never complained. You were so brave, you showed your strength of caracter and courage.

We were blessed to share this journey of life together. I miss you so deeply. Whenever I walk in our garden, or along a shoreline, I can feel you there with me. I will love you forever but know that one day we will be together again.

Yours forever, Iris
