James Dallas Foulch went to be with Lord on July 5, 2011. He was born on February 19, 1935 to parents Walter and Maggie Foulch in Provencal, Louisiana. James retired as a construction engineer. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Timothy James Foulch and three brothers. James is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mae Belle Foulch; daughters: Beverly Thomas and her husband Robert and Kathryn Foulch; son, Kenneth Foulch and his wife JoLynn; grand-daughters: Kimberly Blakey and her husband Erick and Sara Thomas; sister, Virginia Garrison and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, July 8, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Apostolic Temple of Pasadena, 2630 Allen Genoa, Pasadena, Texas 77502, followed with a burial at Forest Park East Cemetery.
