James Leroy Lineback
Rural Hall-James Leroy Lineback, 79, of Rural Hall passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013.
He was born in Forsyth County, NC to the late Ethel Lineback. Mr. Lineback proudly served our country in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was employed at Lowes Hardware and became the owner and operator of Lineback Contructio after retirement. Jim was an avid golfer and an active member of New Hope United Methodist Church.
Those left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife, Mary S. Lineback; daughter, Jean Ann; stepchildren, Marty Galyean (Forrest), Keith Kiser (Cheryl) ; grandchildren, Kevin Kiser (Bond), Amanda Hoots (J.D.), Kyle Kiser (Carly) and Elizabeth Kennedy; and great grandchildren, Ella Kiser, Lilly Hoots, Hannah Kiser, and Will Hoots; a sister, Betty Chitty of Midway; nieces Cynthia Pierce and Verlyn Phelps and several great nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2013, 4 pm, at New Hope United Methodist Church with Pastor Deval Mason officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church, 5125 Shattalon Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.
