James Alfred Lovell Mt. Juliet, TN Age 84, passed away April 25, 2014.James retired from Metro Fire Department after 37 years of service.He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorris Ann Lovell; daughter, Rita Lovell Davenport; son, Roger Lynn Lovell. Survived by his grandchildren, Greg Lovell, Amber Milmn, Shane Lovell, Scottie Davenport and Chaisty Davenport; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Buster Lovell; sister, Helen Holis; a host of other family members. A Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Brother Chuck Groover officiating. Entombment will follow with military honors in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday, 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens
