Dearest family of Jim: Please accept my heart-felt sympathy in this time of suffering, mourning, and loss! May God hold you in his arms as you get through this time of suffering and loss! I worked with Jim for two decades and was blessed by his friendship and his mentoring. JIm, our special husband, father, peer, co-worker and dear-friend is soaring with angels. I'll always remember Jim's fantastic sense of humor, cheerful nature and leadership style as our 'Security Manager'. Jim blessed all who knew him and will remain in my heart as my 'old buddy' and always with fondest of memories. My prayers are with you, his beloved family. May God's perfect peace,, that goes beyond understanding guard you hearts and minds,, especially in this time!

To the family of James "Jim" Pearce,
Jim hired me back in 1990, he was my mentor and more importantly my friend. Jim always made it easy to come to work because I always looked forward to seeing Jim. I'll never forget when anyone asked Jim how he was doing no matter how Jim felt his standard answer was "super fantastic and getting better!" To me Jim was and is a "super fantastic" person and will be missed always.
With my deepest respects
Ed Sharrit, Safety and Occupational Health Manager, NAWCTSD
