I am so sorry for your loss. Mary, I went to high school with Jim and wanted to share with you that I truly believe that your son, Jim, is the reason I am here today. After track practice one day, there were several of us who needed a ride home. Jim, who was always willing to help, gave us a ride. I was the only girl in the group. Jim told the guys that I would be riding inside the cab. This very chivalrous act put me inside with him when the truck's tie rod blew, and we flipped. He threw his arm out to protect me. I have always felt that had he not done all he did that day that I would not have faired so well. You will be in my prayers.

We will truly miss Jim. Jim was one of my very first friends when moving to Peoria 24 years ago. He was a fellow Securitylink employee and we had many great times together. He soon became a great friend of my husband and we spent many, many Sundays together watching football, (as we were both huge Pittsburgh Steeler fans). We are so sorry for your loss.
