Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday September 30, 2011 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville for Mrs. Jane Ann Bond, 66, of the Gumpond Community who died Tuesday September 27, 2011 in the Pearl River County Nursing Home in Poplarville. Brother Mark Longino will officiate at the service. Burial will follow in the Bond Cemetery in Gumpond.
She was a homemaker and a member of Gumpond Baptist Church, also serving as its Treasurer.
Survivors include her husband, Howard D. Bond of Gumpond; one son, Roger S. Bond and his wife Karen of Benton, LA; one daughter, Tammy Lee and her husband Joel A. of Gumpond; four grandchildren, Ryan Bond, Laurin Bond, Jarod Lee and his wife Stephanie, and Ethan Lee; and a very special friend, Jeanette Burge.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert W. and Estella Rowell Stanford; and one brother, Harry Melvin, Jr.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday September 29, 2011 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville.
