Jane W. Pafford, 73, of North Richland Hills, passed away on Sunday May, 11, 2014. A service will be held on Thursday, May 15 th at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Texas. Jane was born in Refugio, Texas on November 24, 1940. She received her Bachelors Degree in Education at Valdosta State University in Georgia before working towards her Masters Degree in Education from University of Nebraska. Jane W. Pafford, 73, of North Richland Hills, passed away on Sunday May, 11, 2014. A service will be held on Thursday, May 15th at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Texas.



Jane was born in Refugio, Texas on November 24, 1940. She received her Bachelors Degree in Education at Valdosta State University in Georgia before working towards her Masters Degree in Education from University of Nebraska.



She married Kenneth Pafford on August 14th, 1968. They were married for 45 years.



Jane retired from teaching after over 17 years in various schools in El Paso, Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas.



She is survived by her spouse Kenneth Pafford, son Stephen Salyer and daughter in law Donna Salyer, daughter Mary Anna Guenther and son in law Scott Guenther, sisters Patricia Fry and Celia Martin and brother David Williams. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews and countless amount of friends and family.



Jane is preceded in death by her father Cecil Williams, mother Carmen Williams, sisters Shirley Hilton and Thelma Hunter.



Her greatest joys in life were spending time with family and the education of children.
