Jane Rigano passed away on April 17th, 2012. She was born on November 17, 1948 to David and Elsie (Engle) Woolley. She was born and raised in Woodside, Queens, NY. The family moved to Stony Point in 1961 and Jane lived there until her death. She worked for Costco as a Club Demonstrator. Jane is predeceased by both parents and brother David. She was very proud to be the mother of Richard and Roberta; she was a devoted companion to Howard Whitaker. Jane is also survived by her brother Stephen Woolley and niece Jennifer. Jane will be missed by all who knew her. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 at Higgins Funeral Home in Stony Point, NY.
