Janeen Elizabeth Blatt, 44, of Sinking Spring, passed away with her loved ones at her side in the Reading Hospital on Thursday, March 26, 2015. Born in Millville, NJ on April 19, 1970, Janeen was a daughter of A. Paul and Sherrie (Ritchey) Blatt.
Janeen attended the Adult Day Program at Prospectus Berco and was known by everyone there as a happy jokester. She enjoyed traveling and shopping. Janeen loved Disney and Mickey Mouse was her favorite character.
Surviving are her parents, A. Paul and Sherrie (Ritchey) Blatt of Connellsville, a sister, Rhonda Blatt and nephew, Brian Blatt also of Connellsville. Also surviving is her large and caring extended family at Prospectus Berco.
A funeral service for Janeen will be at 11 a.m. on April Fool's Day, Wednesday, April 1, 2015, in Theo C. Auman Funeral Home, 247 Penn St., Reading, PA 19601. Family and friends will be received in the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Janeen will be laid to rest in Blair Memorial Park, Altoona. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Prospectus Berco, 840 William Lane, Reading, PA 19604. Janeen's online guestbook may be signed at www.theocauman.com.
