Survived by Daughters, Melanie "Lani" Tschida & Deborah (James) Junker; Sister, Barbara (Joe) Peloquin; Grandchildren, Chad, Meghan, Joshua, Molly, Jessica and Marne; Seven Great-Grandchildren; Two Great-Great-Grandchildren. Jayne joined the Saint Paul Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC) when it started in 1951 and later served several terms on their Board of Directors. She was the recipient of Virginia McKnight Foundation Award from the McKnight Foundation and numerous other awards for her relentless work advocating for people with developmental disabilities. Jayne was also a long-time employee of Elvgreens Paint & Wallpaper Store where she enjoyed helping customers with her fabulous flair for interior design. Visitation Monday, 4-8 PM at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Avenue, Saint Paul. Funeral Service Tuesday, 11 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 655 N. Forest Street, Saint Paul, with visitation half hour prior. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials are preferred to Association for Retarded Citizens.
