Jean Elizabeth Green Pelt, age 82, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Connally Compton Funeral Directors.

Jean was born January 16, 1935 to Andrew and Bertha (Myers) Green in Texarkana, Arkansas. She resided in Waco at the time of her death.

Survivors include her sons, Thomas Pelt and wife, Joy of Lorena, James Pelt and wife, Suzanne of Austin, Lewie Pelt of Austin; daughters, Elizabeth Seward and husband, Bill of Austin, Barbara Haworth and husband, Jefferson of New Mexico; grandchildren: Cari Ann Martinez and husband, Robert, Tiffany Pelt, Joshua Quinones, Katelyn Seward and Andrew Seward; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and host of friends.
