Dear Gary and Wendy:
I was saddened to read of your mother's passing in the paper tonight. I had a special visit with her 5 or 6 years ago where I gave her a picture of when we attended Woodcrest School. I believe it was the photo that I have attached. I had hoped to visit her again so that she could meet my wife, but I am sorry to say I never got around to doing this. I am thankful though that I got to spend an afternoon with her at your old house.
With fond memories of happy days gone by, Robert

To my Davenport cousins and to Jean's Wendy & Gary.
Jean was an important part of the Davenport clan, and will be sorely missed by all of us. Although we don't often see each other, I think of you a lot, and always had a soft spot for Jean.
I am sorry I can't come to the services, but walking these days is very difficult for me, but rest assured my thoughts will be with you all.
Love always, JoAnne.
