Obituary

Jeannetta Back, 85 of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at the Arbor Grove Nursing Home. She was born on August 12, 1927 in Rush County and was the daughter of Henry and Ellen Snyder. After graduating from Burney High School, Jeannetta married Raymond Back on November 10, 1948 and he preceded her in death on November 2, 2010. Jeannetta was a member of the St. Lawrence Auxiliary, St. Mary's Catholic Church and loved sewing. She is survived by her three son's – Larry Back (Anita Sparks) of Greensburg, Bob (Alice) Back of Westport, and David (Karen) Back of Ft. Wayne; Five sister's – Genavieve Snyder, Charlotte Raby, Ruth...

She is survived by her three son's – Larry Back (Anita Sparks) of Greensburg, Bob (Alice) Back of Westport, and David (Karen) Back of Ft. Wayne; Five sister's – Genavieve Snyder, Charlotte Raby, Ruth Ross, Dorothy King, and Rose Ann Morgan; Three brother's – John William "Bill", Norman, and James Snyder; Six Grandchildren and ten Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one sister Katherine Phelps and one brother Edwin Snyder.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 13 from 4PM – 8PM with a Rosary Service beginning at 3:30PM. Jeannetta's Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 14 beginning at 12PM at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
