Jeffrey William Kokoszka, 50, of Chickamauga, GA passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in a local hospital. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Jeffrey was an avid fisherman, a member of the Chattanooga Bass Association and fished tournaments in and around Chattanooga with his son, Logan. He was employed with Burtco Tufting in Chickamauga, GA as a specialty carpet machine operator. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jill Kokoszka. Survivors include his wife, Jamie Capps Kokoszka; son, Logan Kokoszka; parents, Bob and Bernie Kokoszka; sister, Teresa (Chuck) Bledsoe; 2 brothers, Rob (Sandy) Kokoszka and Tony...
Jeffrey William Kokoszka, 50, of Chickamauga, GA passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in a local hospital. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jill Kokoszka.
Survivors include his wife, Jamie Capps Kokoszka; son, Logan Kokoszka; parents, Bob and Bernie Kokoszka; sister, Teresa (Chuck) Bledsoe; 2 brothers, Rob (Sandy) Kokoszka and Tony (Eileen) Capasso and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Thursday at Chickamauga City Cemetery with Father Mike Creson officiating. There will be no visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 501 S. Moore Road, East Ridge, TN 37412.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN.
