MILSTEAD, JERE LEON- age 68 went home to be with the Lord on December 1, 2010. Preceded in death by parents Leon O. and Alma Wilkinson Milstead. Survived by wife Glenna Hickey Grindle Milstead, children Wade Grindle and wife Karen, Wesley Grindle and wife Dianne, and Eric Grindle, grandchildren Zachary Grindle and wife Kirstie, Seth Grindle, and Elijah Cofer Grindle, sisters Claudia Milstead and husband Arnold Sprague, Mary Jane Maroon and husband Jim, sister-in-law Vnona Jones, Joyce Robbins, Gail Taylor, and husband Terry, several nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday 6-8 at Weaver Funeral Home with memorial service to follow at 8 pm. Condolences may be made on our website www.weaverfuneralservices.com. Arrangements by Weaver Funeral Home.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I just found out about Jere passing, today. He was such a great guy. I loved him very much. He was always good to me when I would come harass him when I was a teenager. If there is ever anything I can do for you please, don't hesitate to ask. I am here anytime. I love all of you.
