Jeremy was born on July 5, 1979 in Ontario, OR. He grew up in Payette, graduating from Payette High School in 2000. During high school Jeremy enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics where he won several medals for the tennis ball throw and various walking events. Jeremy attended High Valley Developmental in Payette. He often referred to going to High Valley as "Going to Work". He enjoyed his time there with friends.

Jeremy loved watching movies. One of his favorite pass times was sitting in his room and watching his video collection. He enjoyed going out into the community and spending time with family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and was quick to offer a kind word. He will be missed.

Jeremy is survived by his Father Randy Pape, Mother Victoria Pape, Brother Jacob Pape, Niece Delia Pape, Grandfather Paul Pape, as well as aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

"I remember Jeremy as a sweet, funny person, from school. Victoria, I a sorry for your loss." From Mrs. Martin Substitute Teacher (Payette, GA)
