Jerry will be remembered by loved ones as the proud, faithful, stubborn, and passionate man who would do anything for you. He was quick to offer a hug and a prayer and always ready to sit down to a meaningful conversation. He took time to teach his children and grandchildren the skills he developed from years of experience, whether it was target practice, horseback riding, or carpentry. He was an active member of his community as previous Mayor and current Alderman of the City of Kimmswick. Jerry never missed an opportunity to encourage faith in the Holy Catholic Church. No one left his presence without a cross on their forehead and a promise to say their highway prayers. His memory will be celebrated by friends and family through the legacy of his generous heart and faithful teachings.

Visitation on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, 4-7:00 pm at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Mo. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, 11:30 am, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6020 Old Antonio Rd. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Archdiocese of St. Louis, Respect, Life, Apostolate or Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital appreciated.

"May you rest in peace. Our prayers are with Linda and the families." The Curran's (Cedar Hill, TX)
