Jerry William Amosson 76 "The Angel has Soared" The Angels took Jerry Amosson of Carrollton, Texas, to be re-joined with his wife Constance Mae Amosson in his Father's house on Dec. 2nd. Jerry was born October 30th, 1937 in Renwick, Iowa, and was the eldest son of Harold and Vaughna Amosson. Jerry was born October 30th, 1937 in Renwick, Iowa, and was the eldest son of Harold and Vaughna Amosson. He will be greatly missed by his 5 children: Maria Amosson of Carrollton, TX., Angela Amosson Kalsch (and husband Phil) of Carrollton, TX, Kyhl Amosson (and wife Andrea) of Carrollton, TX, Brett Amosson (and wife Tammy) of Mountain Top, PA., Chad Amosson (and wife Sami) of Southlake, TX. His legacy of love continues through his 10 grandchildren: Nicholas Amosson of Carrollton, TX; Joshua, Jac, Luke, and Brooke Amosson of Mountain Top, PA.; William and Thomas Kalsch of Carrollton, TX; Sarah and Lily Amosson of Southlake, TX, and Ignatio Amosson of Carrollton, TX. He is survived by his two sisters, Lynne Jennings and Julia Rutledge, and two brothers, David Amosson and Stephen Amosson.

Prior to retiring Jerry worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), Xerox and Collins Radio. He maintained his full time position as Executive Grandfather, Chauffer, dependable Grandchild Caretaker, Financial Advisor, Life Counselor, Banker, and Teacher, etc. Jerry faithfully attended St. Mark's Catholic Church in Plano, Texas and was often seen throughout the neighborhood on his daily walks.

Jerry exemplified extraordinary kindness, generosity and compassion in all areas of his life. He was a devoted husband, dedicated father and loyal friend. His life was a testimony of unconditional love as witnessed by his children, friends and community. He had a servant's heart, comedic wit, prophetic wisdom, and calming nature that exuded peace. He now joins the communion of saints.

Funeral Arrangements include visitation from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Elizabeth Seton followed by the funeral service at 11:00am. 2700 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano TX 75023 (972) 596-5505
