Jessie Raymond Fowler Junior, 67, passed away September 4, 2016 at his home with his family and dog by his side. Jessie was born in Richland, Washington on September 6, 1948 to the late Ruby and Jessie "Hap" Fowler. Jessie attended high school in Colorado Springs. After high school he worked construction with his father before joining the military. He was in the United States Army for two separate enlistments and was a Vietnam Veteran. Jessie enjoyed motorcycles, fast cars, and working in his garage.
He is survived by three children, Joshua Frueh, North Pole, AK, Sunshine Pray (Clayton), Moses Lake, WA, and Dawn Fowler, Cedar Park, TX; and his grandchildren: Apryl (Joshua) Yearout, Elizabeth Rutherford, Misty (Gonzalo) Sanchez, Carissa Jackson, Guy Rutherford, Corinna Frueh, Austin Ogle, Cynthia Frueh, and Madison Ogle. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Patsy Cambeis.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Rainier Memorial Center, 2807 Terrace Heights Drive.
