Jimmy Ray Abraham went to be with his Lord on September 2, 2017. He was born on October 6, 1939 in Shreveport, Louisiana to parents Man and Nellie Abraham. Jimmy was preceded in death by his loving wife Beatrice McDaniel Abraham. Survived by his two children, Rayford Abraham and wife Bonnie, Sandra McDaniel; five grandchildren: Whitnee McDaniel, Jerwin McDaniel, Matthew Abraham, Aschlee Abraham, Shelbi Irvin; five great grandchildren: Aaron Jones, Ashalon Jones, Aarylon Jones, Madison McDaniel, Sean McDaniel; two sisters, Jewel Faye Abraham, Julia Brown; brother, Richard Abraham and a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a funeral service Saturday 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel; followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039.
