Jimmy Alexander, age 77, passed away at home, surrounded by his family on January 25th, 2014, to live eternally with his heavenly Father. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ruth Alexander of Brewton. He is survived by his wife Patricia Cooper Alexander of Mobile, his children Rick Alexander of Mobile, Patti Alexander Kendrick of Mobile, Pam Alexander (Bobby) White of Dallas, and Jason (Amber) Alexander of Mobile. His four grandchildren, who affectionatley called him PaPa, Jennifer White (Matthew) England , Briana White, Delaney White, all of Dallas, and Alex Vittoz of Pensacola. One devoted sister, Sandra Alexander (Bobby) Thames of Alabaster, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 31, 2014, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., with funeral services on Saturday, February, 1, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., both at Indian Springs Baptist Church located at 4241 Lott Road Eight Mile Alabama, 36613
Interment will be at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens in Opp, Alabama. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-saraland.com.

Ms. Pat, Pam, Patti, Rick, Jason, Jenni, Bri, Laney, Alex, Bobby and Amber, you all have been in my thoughts and prayers. I have such wonderful memories of Mr. Jimmy. I always loved to hear " Cyndi-poo how do you do?" Makes me smile even now as it always did. I used to always be confused as a liltte girl, when he'd ask " what was your name before you got married?" I'd usually take off running or say idk...lol. He'd asked me that even as grew up to highschool...lol. Such a wonderful man and my life was blessed to have him in it ALL my childhood. Love you all,
